Shipping Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. No shipments or deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays.

For large orders, delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow more time for delivery. We will contact you by email if there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order. SophieMacleod.shop offers free shipping to the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Some items cannot be shipped to the following remote areas: Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Alaska, Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order includes a tracking number. The tracking number will be available within 24 hours.

If your order is damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
