Refund Policy

Returns
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please submit photographic evidence within 15 days of receiving the item. If the claim is approved, Sophie Macleod will replace or refund your item. If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, please submit a claim directly to the carrier.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, Sophie Macleod will email you to let you know that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will process your refund and automatically refund the funds to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.
Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for your refund to be credited.

Exchanges
SophieMacleod will only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange your product, please email Support@SophieMacleod.shop and ship the item to 321 W Garvey Ave ste e, Monterey Park, CA 91754.
Shipping:
To return a product, please mail the product to: 321 W Garvey Ave ste e, Monterey Park, CA 91754.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for your exchange product to arrive at your location.
